Me And My Mission

I’m a life coach based in the United Kingdom. I specialize in helping individuals achieve well-being and personal growth through mindfulness. My background includes an A-level qualification in psychology and a Certificate in Biology. My passion lies in mindfulness, and I am well-educated in the intricate physiological processes and unrelenting cycles of hormones that affect how we process the world outside our own minds.

Being aware of how you are feeling isn’t always as easy as it sounds, it requires “Ardent Examination” of the various “Stimuli Reception Systems” this itself which takes concentration so if we’re distracted we might miss certain signals.

Of course mind and body are intricately connected and I made this website with the intention of bettering your understanding of that, so make sure your Peruvian singing bowl is in tune and I will introduce you to my (favorite) approach to mindfulness – Mindful Biology.

“What’s Mindful Biology?” I hear you ask. Well I would be remiss if i didn’t tell you what mindfulness was first. I’ve summarized my interpretation below…

MINDFULNESS is a grouping of psychology and praying. It’s like a feng-shui for the mind where unwanted thoughts are accepted and released (rather than stewed on). It’s beneficial for everyone and is used by the NHS and other reputable organizations such as the charity Mind. It will release you from the cycles of negativity that are holding you back. Every conscious thought takes energy and mindfulness is a realization that we are always a physical being spend that energy on the thoughts we choose.
